Okay, so they're just remote-operated chunks of machinery, but how long before they're given some kind of autonomous target-acquisition capability?
What would Asimov think?
And does this mean we're that much closer to a robot who can mix a decent mojito?

ReplyDeleteEveryone should have a 'Robot Armageddon' section on their blog ---- yes I did click to see if there was anything else in there.
Actually a robot with Guns seems like such a a crappy obvious idea, so lacking in imagination - new weaponry that freezes brains or something would be far more impressive.
