Do you think it ever occurred to anyone in Tower Hamlets NHS that although the slogan "Getting Better!" with regard to their services is a clever play on words, it really just says "We're shit!"
In other signage news, on the same trip I noticed the billboard above, I also noticed a big advertising campaign in Hackney at the moment: Help Us Tackle Tuberculosis! Tuberculosis is Treatable!
Jesus, I didn't even know I had to be wary of tuberculosis anymore. But apparently Hackney has over twenty times the European average infection rate.
Ahh...London!
